🕐 Shifts: Rotational (with rotational week offs)
🔹 Role Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries via chat
* Ensure prompt and accurate resolution
* Maintain service quality
🎓 Eligibility:
* Graduation is mandatory
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (chat preferred)
* Excellent English communication skills
💰 Salary: Up to ₹26,000 CTC (based on last drawn)
* Approx. ₹4,000 monthly deductions (PF & ESIC)
