Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International BPO Process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle global customer interactions via calls and emails, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle inbound calls and email queries from international customers
✔ Provide accurate solutions with empathy and professionalism
✔ Follow SOPs, scripts, and escalation protocols
✔ Maintain high-quality customer service standards
✔ Achieve performance metrics such as AHT, FCR, and CSAT
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✔ Minimum 12 months of experience in International BPO (Freshers can also apply)
✔ Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
✔ Typing speed of 60–70 WPM with at least 80% accuracy
✔ Comfortable working in night shifts
