Role Overview
The Founder Principal will serve as the academic and administrative leader, responsible for building the institution, shaping its culture, and ensuring world-class education aligned with CBSE/IB/ICSE standards. This role demands strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a strong passion for institution-building.
Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead the new school campus.

Define and implement the school’s vision, mission, and academic framework.

Eligibility Criteria
Education

Master’s Degree (Education/Science/Arts/Management preferred)

Experience

12–15 years of experience in reputed CBSE/IB/ICSE schools

Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role (Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School)

Job Purpose
Lead the sales activities in the assigned region, achieve business growth targets, and promote digital payment solutions (Brand EMI, Bank EMI, No-Cost EMI, Instant Cashback, Credit/Debit Card EMI, Cardless EMI, Credit on UPI).
Roles & Responsibilities

Visit assigned merchants as per beat plan and provide daily reports.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Acquire, engage, and train merchants on Benow’s digital payment solutions.
-
Train and engage brands across hierarchy to implement payment solutions.

Meet sales goals and targets consistently.

Promote marketing initiatives from banks/brands and Benow to merchants.
-
Coordinate with managers and internal teams for issue resolution.
-
Present periodic sales and performance reports to management.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:

Graduation mandatory (Post Graduate preferred)
Experience:

Minimum 3 years overall work experience

At least 2 years in field sales (Merchant Acquiring / Banking / Telecom industry preferred)
